 　硫黄島への天皇皇后両陛下の御訪問、そしてそこで亡くなられた多くの御霊への
思い、今を生きる私たちが何をすべきを深く考えざるをえません。
　天皇皇后両陛下の御思い
　硫黄島という激戦地、そして今も多くの御遺骨が眠る地に立たれた両陛下のお気持
ちは、一言では語り尽くせないほど深く、重いものだったと拝察いたします。
　慰霊と鎮魂の祈り: 何よりもまず、日米双方の戦没者の御霊に対し、心からの哀悼の
意を表し、安らかに眠られるよう祈られたのではないでしょうか。激しい戦火の中で
亡くなられた方々への鎮魂の思いは、両陛下の表情からも強く感じられます。
　平和への願い: 戦争の悲惨さを改めて深く胸に刻み、二度とこのような悲劇を繰り返
してはならないという強い平和への願いを抱かれたのではないでしょうか。
　硫黄島の現状を目の当たりにすることで、平和の尊さ、そしてそれを守り続けること
の重要性を再認識されたことでしょう。
　遺族への寄り添い: 長年にわたり、肉親の帰りを待ち続けている御遺族の方々の悲

を未来に活かし、平和な社会を築き上げていく責任を認識すること。
　他者への共感と尊重の思い: 異なる意見や立場を持つ人々に対しても、理解と尊重の
心を持ち、対話を通じてより良い社会を築いていくこと。
　命の尊さを 深く認識し、大切にする思い:かけがえのない命の尊さを改めて 理解 し、
自分自身の命はもちろん、他者の命も大切にする心を持つこと。
　硫黄島の出来事は、決して過去の出来事として風化させてはならない、私たちにと
っての重要な教訓です。両陛下の御心を深く受け止め、亡くなられた方々の御霊に報
いるためにも、私たちは平和な社会の実現に向けて、日々の生活の中でできることを
実践していくべきでしょう。

 　稲盛和夫氏の「人生方程式」は、人生や仕事における成功は、単に能力や熱意だけ
ではなく、それらを土台とする「考え方」によって大きく左右されるということを示
しています。この方程式から、私たちがどのように生きていくべきかを考えてみまし
ょう！
　方程式の解説
　考え方:これは、人生や仕事に対する姿勢、哲学、倫理観などを指します。稲盛氏は、
常に前向きで建設的な考え方、利他の心を持つことの重要性を説いています。
　考え方はマイナス100点からプラス100点まであり、マイナスの考え方を持っていれ
ば、能力や熱意があっても人生や仕事の結果はマイナスになることを示しています。
　熱意:これは、目標達成への情熱、努力、粘り強さなどを指します。稲盛氏は、誰に
も負けない努力をすること、常に一生懸命に取り組むことの重要性を説いています。
　能力:これは、才能、知識、スキルなどを指します。能力も重要ですが、稲盛氏は、
それ以上に考え方や熱意が重要であると説いています。

　稲盛和夫氏のメッセージ
　稲盛和夫氏は、この方程式を通して、私たちに以下のメッセージを伝えています。

　能力や才能に恵まれなくても、正しい考え方と熱意があれば、素晴らしい人生を
送ることができる。
　常に心を磨き、人格を高めることが、人生を成功に導く鍵となる。
　この「人生方程式」を心に刻み、日々の生活の中で実践していくことで、私たち
も稲盛和夫氏のような素晴らしい人生を送ることができるでしょう。
　稲盛和夫氏は、2022年8月24日午前8時25分、京都市内の自宅で老衰のため逝去
されました。享年90歳でした。
　稲盛氏の偉業は多岐にわたりますが、我々に示唆を与える内容を特出すると、
以下の点が挙げられます。
　経営哲学:稲盛氏は、「京セラ」「KDDI」といった大企業を創業し、成功に導きま
した。その根底には、「社員を大切にする」「社会に貢献する」といった、人間とし
ての正しい生き方を追求する経営哲学がありました。
　特に、「アメーバ経営」と呼ばれる独自の経営手法は、社員一人ひとりが経営者
の意識を持ち、組織全体で目標を達成するという、画期的なものでした。
　JAL再生:経営破綻した日本航空（JAL）の会長に就任し、わずか数年で再生させた
ことは、稲盛氏の経営手腕を象徴する出来事でした。
　この時、稲盛氏は「心をベースにした経営」を掲げ、社員の意識改革を徹底的に
行い、組織全体の意識を一つにすることで、奇跡的な再生を成し遂げました。
　人生哲学:稲盛氏は、経営者としてだけでなく、人間としての生き方についても深
く追求し、「人生・仕事の結果＝考え方×熱意×能力」という「人生方程式」に代表
される、多くの示唆に富む言葉を残しました。
　これらの言葉は、私たちに「常に前向きな考え方を持ち、努力を続けることの大切
さ」を教えてくれます。
　稲盛氏の言葉や行動は、私たちに「人間としてどう生きるべきか」「仕事にどう向き
合うべきか」という、普遍的な問いに対する答えを与えてくれます。
　この「人生方程式」を心に刻み、日々の生活の中で実践していくことで、私たちも
稲盛和夫氏のような素晴らしい人生を送ることができるでしょう。
　逝去されて3年ほどになりますが稲盛さんの言葉は今の我々にとっても多くの示唆を
与えてくれます。「人生方程式」に叶う生活を積み重ねていきたいです。

　桜はまだしっかりと蕾の状態です。半ば過ぎには桜の花を愛でることができそう
です。タンポポは寒さの中、花を開かせています。
　ゆっくりですが信州の春も歩を進めてくれているようです。
