諌止の気概～The spirit of admonishment

 　関税の影響を東南アジアの国々にも影響が及んでいますが結果的に中国寄りの方向
になってしまったら共産化が進んでいく可能性もありますし日本の安全保障の観点か
ら言っても厳しい状態に陥っていく可能性をどう考えているのでしょうか？
　包括的に日本は何を考え進めていったらいいのか。そして石破首相は何をすべきな
のでしょうか？
　石破氏の役割と課題
　日米間の対話:石破氏がトランプ氏と電話会談を行うのであれば、日米間の経済関係
の重要性を改めて伝え、相互に関税措置による不利益を被ることを説明し、お互いに
有利になるような関係性を再構築する必要があると考えられます。
　また、多国間での連携の重要性を説明し、保護主義的な動きに対抗するために協力
関係を築く必要性を伝えていく必要があると考えられます。
　東南アジアとの関係:東南アジア諸国との連携を強化し、中国への過度な依存を避け
るための戦略を推進する必要があります。
　東南アジア諸国との自由貿易協定（FTA）や経済連携協定（EPA）の締結を促進し、
経済的な結びつきを強化する必要があります。
　また、インフラ整備や人材育成などの分野で協力関係を深め、東南アジア諸国の
経済発展を支援する必要があります。
　安全保障の観点:日本の安全保障上の懸念を米国に伝え、東アジア地域における協力
関係を維持・強化する必要があります。
　日米同盟を基軸とした外交・安全保障政策を推進し、地域の安定と平和に貢献
する必要があります。
　今後の日本の進むべき道
　多国間協調の重視:日本は、WTOを中心とした多国間の自由貿易体制を維持・強化
するために、各国との連携を深める必要があります。
　また、CPTPPなどの多国間の自由貿易協定を推進し、自由で公正な貿易ルールを
確立する必要があります。
　二国間関係の強化:米国との二国間関係を維持・強化し、経済分野だけでなく、
安全保障分野でも協力関係を深める必要があります。
　また、中国との関係も重要であり、対話を通じて、相互理解と信頼関係を構築する
必要があります。
　国内経済の強化:日本経済の競争力を強化するために、構造改革や技術革新を推進
する必要があります。また、国内市場の活性化や、新たな成長分野の育成も重要です。
　東南アジア諸国との連携強化:東南アジア諸国との経済的、政治的な連携を強化し、
中国への過度な依存を避ける必要があります。
　これらの課題に対して、日本政府は、多角的な外交努力と国内経済の強化を通じて、
国益を守り、国際社会における責任を果たしていく必要があります。
　石破さん、やるべきことが沢山ありますね。大人になってしっかり考え発言し、
コミュニケーションを十分にとって日本はもちろん世界のために動いてください。
　大人の振りをした子どもから、年老いた子どもに対して、しっかり意見を伝え年老
いた子どもに対して、やっていることをいさめて思いとどませる気概だけは持ってほ
しいと思います。
