授け受けする愛の高まり～The rise of love to give and receive

 　日本人の生死の起源として語られる神話はいくつかありますが、特に重要なのは
イザナギ（伊邪那岐）とイザナミ（伊邪那美）の国生み神話に続く物語です。
　国産みにおいて多くの神々を生んだイザナミは、火の神カグツチ（迦具土神）を
生んだ際に大やけどを負い、黄泉の国（よみのくに）へと去ってしまいます。
　深く悲しんだイザナギは、イザナミを連れ戻そうと黄泉の国へ赴きますが、そこ
で見てはならないイザナミの姿を見てしまい、逃げ帰ります。
　怒ったイザナミは黄泉の国の軍勢を差し向けますが、イザナギは様々な策を弄し
てこれを退け、最後に黄泉比良坂（よもつひらさか）という黄泉の国と現世の境に
巨大な岩を置いて二人の世界を隔てます。
　この別れの際に、イザナミは「お前がこのようにするなら、私は一日に千人を
絞め殺そう」と呪いの言葉を放ちます。
　それに対し、イザナギは「それならば私は一日に千五百の子を生ましめよう」と
誓います。
　この神話において、イザナミの「死」とイザナギの「生」が対立する形で語られ、
人間の生死の起源、そして絶えることのない生命の連鎖が示唆されていると考えら
れています。
　この神話に倣うと、現代の日本の状況は少し憂慮すべき点があると言えるかもし
れません。イザナギの誓いとは裏腹に、現在日本の出生数は減少し、少子高齢化が
深刻な課題となっています。これは、生命を生み出す力が弱まっているとも捉えら
れます。
　もちろん、現代社会は神話の時代とは大きく異なり、人々の価値観やライフ
スタイルも多様化しています。
　経済的な不安、育児と仕事の両立の難しさ、晩婚化、未婚化など、様々な要因が
複雑に絡み合って出生数の減少に繋がっていると考えられます。
　しかし、神話が示すように、生命の誕生は喜びであり、未来への希望を繋ぐもの
でもあります。
　現在の状況は、その希望が少しずつ小さくなっているように見えるかもしれません。
　自然増、つまり出生数を増やすためには、社会全体で様々な取り組みが必要になる
でしょう。

　神話の世界ではありますが夫婦が一つに成れなかった事が大きな要因であると思
いますね。黄泉の世界に行ったイザナミを連れ戻そうとしたイザナギは、イザナミ
の姿を見て驚いて逃げ帰ってしまって黄泉の国と現世の境に巨大な岩を置いて二人
の世界を隔ててしまった神話では語っています。
　夫婦の契りが生命の誕生と未来への希望を繋ぐものですからイザナギがイザナミ
を思って一つになっていたなら歴史は変わっていったかもしれませんね。
　夫婦が一つになる喜び、授け受けする愛の高まりや子どもが誕生する喜び、そこ
に交わされる親子の情愛をもっと伝えていくべきでしょうね！！

In this myth, Izanami's "death" and Izanagi's "life" are described as opposing forces, and it is thought that the origin of human life and death, and the never-ending chain of life are hinted at. Following this myth, one might say that the situation in modern Japan is a little worrying. Contrary to Izanagi's vow, the number of births in Japan is currently declining, and the declining birthrate and aging population are becoming serious issues. This can also be seen as a weakening of the power to create life. Of course, modern society is very different from the time of the myth, and people's values ​​and lifestyles have become more diverse. A complex interplay of various factors, including economic anxiety, the difficulty of balancing work and childcare, late marriage, and an increase in unmarried people, is thought to be contributing to the decline in the birth rate. However, as the myth shows, the birth of a new life is a joy and a hope for the future. The current situation may make it seem as if that hope is gradually diminishing. In order to increase the natural increase, that is, the birth rate, various efforts will be necessary across society. Expanding economic support: increasing lump-sum childbirth and childcare allowances, strengthening tax incentives for families with children, flexible working styles, support for the establishment of in-company childcare centers, etc. Changing society's attitudes: fostering a sense of mutual support across society.
