八峰の湯～Happo no Yu

三連休には多くの方々の入れ込みが多いようですので本日温泉に出掛けました。

　八峰の湯（ヤッホーの湯）は、長野県南佐久郡小海町にある日帰り温泉施設です。
標高約1,270メートルの高原に位置し、雄大な八ヶ岳連峰を望むことができます。
2023年3月11日にリニューアルオープンし、より快適な施設となりました。 

◆温泉の特徴

　・泉質：ナトリウム・マグネシウム・カルシウム―炭酸水素塩温泉で、全国的にも
　　　　　珍しい泉質です。

　　　　　皮膚をなめらかにする効果があり、美肌の湯とも呼ばれています。

　・効能：神経痛、筋肉痛、関節痛、五十肩、運動麻痺、関節のこわばり、打ち身、
　　　　　くじき、慢性消化器病、冷え性、病後回復期、疲労回復、健康増進などに
　　　　　効果があります。 

　・施設の設備

　　　浴場：源泉かけ流しの内湯、大浴場、露天風呂、遠赤外線サウナ、岩盤浴など、
　　　　　　多彩なお風呂を楽しめます。

　　　食事処：地元の新鮮な食材を使用したメニューが豊富で、信州牛や信州そばな
　　　　　　　どを味わうことができます。 

　◆利用案内

　・営業時間：10:00～21:00（最終受付20:00）

　・休業日：通年営業ですが、奇数月にメンテナンス休業があります。詳細はお問い
　　　　　　合わせください。

　・入浴料：大人700円、子ども（4歳～小学生）300円。平日は100円割引があり
　　　　　　ます。岩盤浴は別途500円（岩盤浴衣・バスタオル付き）です。

　八峰の湯は、豊かな自然に囲まれた環境で、心身ともにリフレッシュできる温泉施設
です。温まる温泉です。

It seems like a lot of people are busy with the three-day weekend, so I went to a hot spring today.

Yahhoo no Yu is a day-trip hot spring facility located in Koumi Town, Minamisaku District, Nagano Prefecture.

It is located on a plateau at an altitude of about 1,270 meters, and offers views of the majestic Yatsugatake mountain range.

It was reopened on March 11, 2023, making it an even more comfortable facility.

◆Characteristics of the hot spring

・Water quality: Sodium, magnesium, and calcium bicarbonate hot spring, which is a rare spring quality nationwide.

It has the effect of smoothing the skin, and is also known as a beauty skin bath.

・Efficacy: Effective for neuralgia, muscle pain, joint pain, frozen shoulder, motor paralysis, stiff joints, bruises, sprains, chronic digestive diseases, poor circulation, recovery from illness, fatigue recovery, and health promotion.

・Facilities

Baths: A variety of baths are available, including an indoor bath with natural spring water, a large bath, an open-air bath, an infrared sauna, and a bedrock bath.

Dining: A wide variety of menus are available using fresh local ingredients, including Shinshu beef and Shinshu soba.

◆User guide

・Business hours: 10:00-21:00 (last entry at 20:00)

・Closed days: Open all year, but closed for maintenance on odd-numbered months. Please contact us for details.

・Bath fee: 700 yen for adults, 300 yen for children (ages 4 to elementary school). A 100 yen discount is available on weekdays. The bedrock bath costs an additional 500 yen (bedrock yukata and bath towel included).

Hachimine-no-Yu is a hot spring facility where you can refresh both body and mind in an environment surrounded by lush nature. It is a warming hot spring.
