退陣という道～The road to resignation

 　石破茂総理大臣は3月3日、自民党の当選1回の衆議院議員15名と会食を行い、その
際、各議員の事務所に1人あたり10万円分の商品券を「お土産」として届けていたこと
が明らかになっています。
　当選1回の議員は誰なのか？
　具体的な議員の名前については、報道では明らかにされていません。ただし、会食に
参加した議員として、自民党の山本大地衆院議員と大空幸星衆院議員が報道されていま
す。
　この行為は何かの違反にならないか？
　石破総理は、商品券の提供について「私のポケットマネーから御慰労のつもりで渡
した。政治活動に関する寄付では全くなく、政治資金規正法の問題に当たりません」
と説明しています。
　しかし、専門家からは、政治家個人への金銭等の寄付を禁じる政治資金規正法に抵
触する可能性が指摘されています。
道義的におかしくないか？
　物価高で国民が苦しむ中、国会議員に10万円の商品券を渡す行為については、国民
感情と乖離しているとの批判が出ています。
　石破総理自身も「大勢の方々にご迷惑やご心配をおかけしているということは、
非常に申し訳ないと思っている」と謝罪しています。
　石破総理の心理状態は？
　石破総理は、議員やその家族の日々の活動や苦労をねぎらう意図で商品券を渡したと
説明しています。ただし、この行為が法的・道義的に適切であったかについては、今後
