半径5mの世界を変える！～Change the world within a 5m radius!

　産経新聞社は、2025年に「半径5mの世界を変える！」をテーマとした「Fem Care Project（フェムケアプロジェクト）」を展開しています。
　このプロジェクトは、個人のココロとカラダに向き合い、対話を促進することを
目的としています。
　どうしても「対話による学び」という言葉に自分自身が惹きつけられてしまいます。
同時に「半径5mの世界を変える！」というテーマ性にも惹かれました。
　個人の身近な範囲での行動や変化が、社会全体に影響を及ぼすことを示唆していると
考えられます。これは、個々人が自分の周囲で積極的に行動することで、より包括的な
社会の変革につながるという理念を反映している可能性があります。
　「半径5m」というと、自分を中心にした円の範囲なので、実際に考えるとこんな感
じですね： 
〇物理的な範囲 
　・室内：自分の部屋ならほぼ全体が含まれる。リビングやオフィスなら近くの
　　　　　机や人も範囲内。 
　・屋外：公園のベンチに座っているなら、周りの木や他のベンチにいる人が含
　　　　　まれる。 
　・電車・バス：座っている周囲の乗客、つり革を持っている人たちもこの範囲
　　　　　　　　に入る。  

〇人間関係の範囲
　・家族・同僚・友人：同じ部屋やオフィスで一緒にいる人、飲食店で隣の席に
　　　　　　　　　　　いる人。 
　・通勤・通学時：電車やバスで隣に座る人、道ですれ違う人も含まれる。 
　・買い物時：レジで並んでいる人、店員さん、隣の売り場にいる人たち。  

　〇社会的な影響の範囲 
　・職場・学校：自分の行動が、すぐそばの同僚やクラスメートに影響を与える。 
　・地域社会：ゴミ拾いや挨拶など、小さな行動が近所の雰囲気を変える。 
　「半径5mの世界を変える！」というテーマは、「自分のすぐ近くの世界なら、
　今すぐ変えられる！」という意識を持つことが大事、という考えなのかもしれま
　せんね。
　具体的な活動として、2025年3月8日と3月30日にオンラインおよび会場参加型
のイベントが予定されています。
　これらのイベントは、自己理解と他者との対話を深めることを目指しています。 

 DAY1：オンラインイベント

　・日時：3月8日（土）19:00～21:30

　・形式：X（旧Twitter）Liveでのオンライン配信

　・内容：産婦人科医の高尾美穂氏やお笑いコンビ「おかずクラブ」のオカリナさん、
　　　　　ゆいPさんらをゲストに迎え、3つのトークセッションを通じて、心と体
　　　　　のケアや職場での対話の重要性などを議論します。 

　・参加費：無料

　・申込締切：3月7日（金）11:59

DAY2：リアルイベント

　・日時：3月30日（日）13:00～17:00

　・場所：スパイラルホール（東京都港区南青山5-6-23）

　・内容：ゲストトークや体験コンテンツを通じて、半径5mの世界を変えるための
　　　　　具体的なアクションのヒントを提供します。

　・参加費：無料

　・申込締切：3月14日（金）23:59

It suggests that actions and changes within an individual's immediate sphere can affect society as a whole. This may reflect the idea that individuals acting proactively in their surroundings can lead to more comprehensive social change.

A "5m radius" is a circular area centered on you, so if you think about it, it looks something like this:

〇Physical range

・Indoors: If it's your room, it includes almost the entire room. If it's a living room or office, nearby desks and people are also included in the range.

・Outdoors: If you're sitting on a park bench, it includes the surrounding trees and people on other benches.

・Trains and buses: This includes passengers sitting around you and people holding straps.

〇 Scope of human relationships ・Family, colleagues, and friends: People who are in the same room or office with you, or people who sit next to you at a restaurant.

・Commuting to work or school: This includes people who sit next to you on the train or bus, and people you pass on the street.

・Shopping: People waiting in line at the cash register, store clerks, and people in the neighboring sales area.

〇 Scope of social influence ・Workplace or school: Your actions affect your colleagues and classmates in the immediate vicinity.

・Local community: Small actions such as picking up trash and saying hello can change the atmosphere in your neighborhood.

The theme of "Changing the world within a 5m radius!" may be a reflection of the importance of having the awareness that "if it's the world right next to you, you can change it right now!"

Specific activities include online and on-site events scheduled for March 8 and 30, 2025. These events aim to deepen self-understanding and dialogue with others.

DAY1: Online event

Date and time: Saturday, March 8th, 19:00-21:30

Format: Online broadcast on X (formerly Twitter) Live

Content: Guests include obstetrician-gynecologist Miho Takao, Okarina from the comedy duo "Okazu Club," and Yui P. Through three talk sessions, they will discuss the importance of caring for the mind and body and dialogue in the workplace.

DAY2: Real-life event

Date and time: Sunday, March 30th, 13:00-17:00

Location: Spiral Hall (5-6-23 Minami-Aoyama, Minato-ku, Tokyo)

Content: Through guest talks and experiential content, we will provide hints for concrete actions to change the world within a 5m radius.
