およびサウジアラビア戦に向けて、三笘薫選手ら25名を招集しました。

バーレーン戦:

　日本が次戦のバーレーン戦に勝利すれば、勝ち点を19に伸ばし、グループCの上位2
チームに入ることが確定し、2026年ワールドカップ出場が決定します。
もし引き分けた場合、勝ち点は17となり、他チームの結果次第で出場決定が持ち越さ
れる可能性があります。
　敗れた場合、勝ち点は16のままで、残り試合での出場決定を目指すことになります。

なお、勝ち点が同じ場合の順位決定方法は以下の通りです。

If Japan wins their next match against Bahrain, they will increase their points to 19, and will be confirmed as one of the top two teams in Group C, qualifying for the 2026 World Cup.

If they draw, their points will be 17, and their qualification may be postponed depending on the results of the other teams.

If they lose, their points will remain at 16, and they will aim to qualify in the remaining matches.

If the points are the same, the ranking will be determined as follows:

Total goal difference

Total points

Match results between the teams (points, goal difference, number of goals scored)

Fair play points (points deducted for warnings and ejections)

Drawing lots

The 2026 World Cup will be co-hosted by the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
